So I did it.  I sat down and used the blocks to carve out my time and I only put one thing in my 2, 3 or 4 hour blocks.  Was it as painful for you as it was for me?  It was so hard to just put ONE thing or theme in the box.  I kept thinking about how much I could fit in that 2 hour block that I’m leaving out and how much more I could do… and then I remembered… this is why you’re overwhelmed.  Simplify. So did it.  Now here’s to sticking to it.
